DISABLED GUESTS

It’s important to us that GreenWood can be enjoyed by all. Please check out our Access Statement if you need any specific information on accessibility, but we’re also very happy to chat on the phone if that would be more helpful.

Disabled visitors will be required to produce appropriate evidence of ID, Blue Badge, DLA, PIP or similar, but if you use the Access Card system, we are very happy to acknowledge these, too.

WET WEATHER GUARANTEE

Drizzling all day when you come to visit us? If you visit on a day when there’s more than 2 hours of rainfall, you may return within 28 days – absolutely free! GreenWood is designed to be great fun whatever the weather and most of our attractions still operate, but we want to ensure you have the opportunity to visit on a dry day, too.
